Brief Walkthrough
1. Open the Cronus Express, Vol. 5 in your inventory and read the news on the second page. It will lead you to find one of the Merchants.
2. Kill any kind of monsters to get the Earth Radiances.
3. Between 20:00-22:00, give the Earth Radiances to Hirus Envoys.
4. Go back to any of the Merchants to claim the hairstyle Mond Charm.

Detailed Walkthrough
The Merchant Guild has a notice on the second page of Cronus Express Vol. 5: all volunteers who have contributed Earth Radiances to the Hirus Envoys can claim a new hairstyle named Mond Charm from them.

OK. In order to get this cool hairstyle, go outside to kill monsters in Cronus and get the Earth Radiances.

Between 20:00 - 22:00, give your Earth Radiances to one of the envoys and then return to the merchants for the new hairstyle.
