Brief Walkthrough
1. Open the Cronus Express, Vol. 6 in your inventory and read the news on the first and third pages. It will lead you to find Queen Halle to claim the Enlistment Roster.
2. On Dec. 11th 8:00, find Queen Halle again to claim the rewards.

Detailed Walkthrough
The gates to the demonic world have been opened. The war against the Demons is unavoidable. Time to prove your courage and determination! From Nov. 30th – December 10th, you can sign the Enlistment Roster at Queen Halle and promise to fight the Demons to the bitter end.

Better the devil you know than the devil you don't. We need to learn more information about the Demons before war breaks out! To answer the call of Queen Halle, the Cronus Institute has published 3 reports about the demonic world. You can get more details by contacting Conrad.
