Credit a Code, Get a Gift - FAQ
Since its release on Dec.25th, the Credit a Code, Get a Gift Event has become a major concern of our players. We've received many enquiries. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to explain some of the most frequently raised questions.
Q: What's the definition of 'New Players' for this event?
A: Players who are registered after PST 00:00, Dec.25th.
Q: What's the definition of 'Current Players' for this event?
A: Players who are registered before PST 00:00, Dec.25th.
Q: Why can't I get gifts after I credit codes?
A: There are several possible reasons for this situation.
- Server maintenance or network congested.
- Server disconnection.
- A system error occurred 2 days prior to the event. It has caused some players to be unable to claim their prizes. We are working on the problem now and are working to fix it as soon as possible. For those who currently can't claim their prizes, the rewards will be distributed within a week. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused!
