Well, here goes the tip. First, when i create this legion, i had to recruit beginners and if i am lucky i can recruit 1 or 2 high level players, but they dont last very long. So, in order for the player to stay in my legion, i start tournaments and stuff to get their attention, then we create a website for the Hall of Glory, which will write the name of the player down for the most helpful thing and the most daring thing they did. So, i try my best for people in my legion to stay, and i try to recruit more people everytime, i help people in the legion plevel 2 hour each day and we joke around most of the time (Nothing inappropriate trust me, wait maybe the thing about littleman in the boat the girl in my legion mention about, but its not important). i read the story written by other guy, who said setting laws might decrease the amount of member, that i disagree because setting a law makes people more united and sense the power and statues of the legion. My 3 Codes of Alchemist are simple. PK anyone who pk us, Ask for help if u are in deep trouble, never pk anyone without the permission of the legions headquarter. Also helping other legion and hurt our own member are not acceptable ( its 4 law of well). In my legion there are 4 type of events.

The dueling tournament:

People duel to see who are the strongest, but people must be close to the pot of 4 from each other or else it wont count

Marriage engagement:

Help people find a husband or wife that fit them in the legion.

Underground Eudemon Business:

Trade and sell eudemons in the legion and later sell it in store, afterward we sell it in peddle

Missionary Guide:

We do a work of guideline for player who dont understand certain mission, we help them, we go with them, we accomplish them

thats about it. at least thats how i make a successful legion, reporting from Alchemist News, and i am Mono Solo the leader.
