This is only my opinion, and the way i run my own legion. But since my members seem to be happy with their leader and outsiders always ask me "how do you do it", I thought id write a quich paragraph on how i run my legion. Maybe it will give you ideas, Maybe it will encourage you to Quit and disband your legion cause ya dont wanna put an effort into it. Either way It` s on you. Here Goes. . First of all Plvl the heck out of every noob in sight not only does it give you a potential, new legion member, but it also shows them how you do things and they in turn adopt your methods with a few of their own. Second, Interact with your members. Chat with em, Help em level up when you can, Help em with their eudemons when they need help, Delegate Responsibility, When they are getting pk` d go help em find the jerk and if needed even the score, and include them in any legion plans and decisions, at least vote on any ideas that come up. Make your members feel like part of the group and not that they are just carrying the name and making you look good. Dont bog them down with hundreds of rules but dont let em run rampant all over the place. I` ve seen some legion bulletins with the phrase "pk whoever ya want just dont bring the legion into it" Guess what einstein, That right there will get all ur legion members put on kos lists all because of one member. If your just gonna be a "LEGION LEADER" and thats where it ends then ur not a leader, ur just an icon to your members, and not a very good one either, essentially ur just another member with a leader tag. The I dont care what ya do attitude is why legions fail and disband by one a week or more And why my legion is nipping at the heels of the top ones on the server if not the world. Last of all i wanna include, is, Don` t be a jerk to your members or other people, thats why you lose members by the hundreds, if they dont feel like part of the team they see no reason to stick around. If you are not going to be a good leader, then don` t waste your time or theirs. you` re just wasting space on the server. . As i said at the start thats just my opinion, and how i do things. Take it or leave it. In closing, Those legions that only allow members a certain level or potency and higher, More power to ya, all the more mentor exp points for those of us who arent stuck up...Peace and have fun folks...
