While Lordofdragons and his team were looking for Raven in Misty Marshes, Xsexy-meX and the head of the Eudemon council entered the Paladin homeland and were heading for the Paladin city. Xsexy-meX i must thank you for taking me here you are doing Eudemonia a great service. We need to combine our forces if we are going to win this war Xsexy-meX said. NOT GONNA HAPPEN a voice said from above. They looked up it was Hawk the archer. Sorry but i cant let you two interfere with our invasion Hawk said, and i will be sure to finish you off Paladin. Try me Xsexy-meX said as she spread her wings. Hahaha care for a dog fight Hawk said and flew into the sky. Lets do it Xsexy-meX and flew up after him, but her wing was still damaged and she could not catch him. Still hurting i see hahaha Hawk said. Hawk spun around "Rapid Fire" Xsexy-meX dogged the arrows and used a physic wave attack, and struck Hawk. Not bad Paladin but try this " Scatter Shot", Xsexy-meX tried to dodge all the arrows but her wing was hit and she started to fall. As she fell Hawk flew along side her. Have a nice drop big girl hahaha Hawk laughed. Xsexy-meX hit the ground hard her demons could not hold the combination and fell along side her. Say goodbye to yourself and your demons hahaha. Hawk readied another "Scatter Shot". As he readyed to fire he was struck by a thunder attack. You forget about me Hawk the council leader said. "Tornado". Hawk was caught in the tornado attack which gave Xsexy-meX a chance to fight back. She summoned all her XP and fired at Hawk. Hawk was hit head on and fell to the ground. Xsexy-meX walked over to Hawk. Well i guess i was wrong about you hahahack. Hawk was dead. Come on we have to get to the City Xsexy-meX said. But your in no condition to travel the council leader said. There Xsexy-meX pointed. They looked to the north a group of three Paladins was flying towards them and landed near them. Its Xsexy-meX its good to see you the Paladin said. Where are you headed Xsexy-meX said. We were on our way to Cronus to talk with there leaders about the Conquer people. You know about them council leader said. Yes they have been coming to our lands now but they have send there main armies to your lands. So its begun Xsexy-meX said, we must talk with the Paladin leaders. Of course come we will help you The Paladin said. They picked Xsexy-meX up and they all headed back for the Paladin city.
The sun was starting to come up and the mist began to clear, we could now see the mass of what we were up against. The conquer army outnumbered us 2 to 1. I stood high on the tree trunks looking over there army and over our defence, when one of the Eudemon council approached me. Lordofdragons we have some information, another of our spies has reported back with what tactics they have planned for there attack, i have dispatched messengers on lanirs to all the cities. Whats their plan for Elven city i said.
The council member told me the plan. After he told me i went doen the gates of the city to talk with the defence. Brave warriors and mages of Eudemonia, i know we are still recovering from the war with the Paladin but we must be strong we can win this fight. the enemy is planning to have there taoists and archers to attack first in an attempt to distract us from there warriors and trojans with will try to get through the gates. Mages we will station you on the walls of the city make it look as if all our attention is on the archers and taoists our warriors will be ready for the warriors and trojans that come to the gate, this gate is the only way into this city so we must hold it at all costs. They may outnumber us in manpower but we have our friends the Eudemons we will fight together and win. Sir are the Paladins coming to help us also a mage said. I got news that Xsexy-meX got the council leader to the Paladin city but i dont know if they are, we must stick to hope now, dont worry our people are strong we will drive the Conquer people away for good. A great cheer came from the defences. Now get ready they will be coming soon into positions. They all started moving into place. The Conquer people are powerful and we are outnumbered Sarahwind said.
We can do this Anastasia those taoists are nothing to us mages. Dont get to excited Anastasia OdiN said, we dont only have to worry about the taoists those trojans are powerful also. Just then two of the defence leaders came before us. Hey Lord we are ready to fight on the east side Blind said. The west side is prepared Idunno said. Good work guys get ready for battle. Got it they said. Anastasia, OdiN you are in charge of the mage defence on the walls keep the taoists and archers busy I said. Grrrr we will keep them more than busy Anastasia. No to worry we got it OdiN said. Sarahwind you are in charge of the mages and warriors within the city if they break through we will count on you. No prob Sarahwind said. Ok lets do it. I ran down to the gates and went to the front of the defence. An hour passed but the conquer army did not move, both sides stood looking at each other for what seemed like hours. The souund came a loud horn came from the Conquer army. The army started to charge there archers flew up ahead and attacked the walls, i gave the signal to the walls defence. FIREEE Anastasia and OdiN shouted. With that order the mages fired there magic attacks at the archers, the taoists followed and attacked with there magic. the trojans and warriors stood still just like they planned. The archers tried to get ourn attention focused on then but they failed we did nothing but focus on the trojans. Then they charged. READY i shounted. HOLD i shouted again. The trojans and warriors were close now. NOWW i shouted "StarSword". Everyone powered there xp skill and shot there StarSwords at there advance, the attacks struck there advance and stopped them in there tracks. CHARGE i shouted. We all charged there army. I ran through there army slicing with my Flying Chop. There numbers were far greater than our own they quickly got by us with the numbers and broke through the gates. As they came through the gates Sarahwind led her advance to stop them. I looked up at the walls, Anastasia, OdiN and Blind were trying there best to stop the archers but there was to many they quickly got into the city. I ran full speed into the city walls, fighting as i went. The trojans were trying to get to the living areas of the city, while the warriors tried to get the meeting hall and the main parts of the city. The eudemons of the city were fighting side by side with us we were not going to die that easy. I looked back Anastasia was surrounded by taoists i ran back for her. Die mage leader a tao said. They aimed there backswords at her, i ran up to them. "Chain Chop" and knocked them off the walls, this gave Anastasia her chance "Tornado" and blew the rest away. Thx Lord she said. Anastasia we cant hold the walls tell your people to pull back to the living areas, and tell OdiN and Blind to go with you ill get the meeting hall. Lord Blind said over there is the marsh look. I looked over at the marshes, a large army was approaching. Oh no more Conquer people i said, we cant handle them also. No wait Lord look its the Paladins they came OdiN said. The paladins flew into the city and attacked the conquer people. Yes Xsexy-meX came through for us, she then landed near me. Lord i got here just in time she said, i managed to convince the Elders of the Paladins. Another Paladin landed near us. Lord this is Brainna Leader of the Paladin people. Thank you Brainna for coming to help us. This is a problem that would destroy every soul in both our lands now lets finish them she said. Ok move out i said. I jumped down from the wall and ran up to the meeting hall. When i got there the area was full of people fighting, i looked to the meeting hall and saw a very large Warrior, it was Bull the warrior that was with Raven. I ran over to him. Bull stop were you are i said. Well well if its not the man who killed Raven, lets see how you do against him commander. What was Raven not your commander i said. WAHAHAHA no he just like to hear the sound of his own voice hes nothing compared to me. Now if you can kill me this war will end if not your people will die he said. Fine then ill just have to kill you then i shouted and ran towards him. I jumped and hammered down my sword and he blocked with his shield he then pushed me right back. Ha for a warrior you very weak Bull said. We will see i said. You should know your friends should be fighting the other leaders right about now lets see how they fare against them. What ggrrrrrahhhh "Flying chop" i attacked. "Superman" and he shouted and grew bigger. Our swords clashed but my sword was shattered in the process.
Meanwhile in the living areas Anastasia was fighting the Water taoist leader.
As there magic attacked struck the exploded and Anastasia fell to the ground. Grrr hes to strong Anastasia said. Your very weak you will be no match for me the Taoist said. Im not done yet, Anastasia got up and flew into the air, "Thunderbolt" and hit the taoist directly. Well you have some fight left the Tao said. More than some. She flew down and attacked again.
Above the city Brainna was fighting the archer leader, she was much faster than the archer. For what ive heard about archers your very weak Brainna said. Ill get youuuuu the archer said and shot arrows at her. Brainna was quickly able to dodge the arrows and go right up behind the archer and use her claw attack. The attack hit head on and the archer fell from the sky.
Bull was still able to overpower me and i had no weapon to defend my self, he struck me with his shield and i fell down the roots. I landed near a small battle of trojans and warriors, i looked beside me and saw a glowing glaive, i picked it up and got on my feet then Bull jumped down near me. Ha i was hoping you would survive that fall now lets continue. He ran at me i jumped out of the way and cut him shield wielding arm and he dropped his shield. Ha nice shot he laughed. i jumped up and spun my glaive at him he blocked with his sword "scent sword", jumped away as the swords rained down, and sliced with my glaive and cut his leg, and he fell to the ground. Battle over i said and swung my glaive and beheaded him. I fell to the ground from exhaustion. I lay on the ground hoping for the battle to end then a huge thunderbolt hit the conquer people near me. Hey Lord you ok Blind said. Yeah what about you and the others i said. We managed to kill there leaders the, conquer people are withdrawing from the city. good how did we fare i said. Blind was silent. I knew something was wrong and i got up on my feet and looked at him. Many people dies Lord we were lucky if we didnt kill the leaders they would have whipped us out, even though they are leaving now most of the people in the city are gone now and.. . And what Blind i said. Xsexy-meX was in the living area in the west of the city, she managed to fight off the conquer forces but... she was kille din the fighting. Dammit i said. Blind go help the people ill go look around i said. Got it Lord he said. I walied up the roots to the main part of the city, bodies were dyling everywere not many people were left, i looked around and saw a very young Mage M-Att eudemon crying in the corner beside the body of a larger M-Att. I knew by looking it was its mother, i began to think how many other people and eudemons had lost their families in this war. That night a memorial for the dead was done, it was only a short time after the last memorial at Cronus but the losses were much more, both warriors, mages, paladins and eudemons stood in prayer for the lost souls. I stood up and went the altar. People and eudemons we are here to pray fro the souls lost in this war, on all sides lives were lost, the conquer people lost all there leaders and many lives in this fight, the spys we have in there ranks report they are giving up there war against us, there war was all the doing of the leaders who wanted nothing more than power. In the future i hope that all four races will live together in peace and no more blood will flow from war between ourselves. We have lost many but our peoples are strong we will recover and rebuild our lands and i hope to live in peace for ages to come. Now i give three cheers for the departed and the living who will create a new world. HONOR HONOR HONOR HURRAY.
