Well... this is my first guide.... but i hope it will help

As lvling with mages, use windbeads on whitenamed and buy pots until your eudemons are lvl 10. Then buy a thunder and a lightning eudemon spell, teach one to each eudemon, and open up the eudemon menu. At the bottom of the menu, there`s a skill icon. Clicky. Ok and drag the thunder from one, and the lightning from the other onto hotkeys. Then aim and press and hold the hotkeys simultaneously on a preferably rednamed monster, and it should die really fast, faster than windbeads.

During the times you cant play or need to sleep, leave your character in training ground windbeading, to lvl your windbeads. and when you`re lvl 23, get sneak and MP pots, using the same technique, but keep yourself safe by using sneak every so often.

Just keep using this technique, but later on add fireball (hold with other 2 spells) and the monsters should die relatively fast.

When it comes XP time, kill blacknamed monsters to get piles and piles of exp.
