To ensure a healthy and fair gaming environment for all players, we have recently conducted a thorough investigation through player reports and system monitoring. It has been confirmed that the following accounts/characters have used third-party software (cheats) to illegally gain significant advantages from November 13th to November 20th, affecting the fairness of competitive events such as Legion Chamber and Duel of the Fates, and others. As a result, the following accounts/characters will be dealt with accordingly.
