[BUG]

1. Reissue the Universal Radiance for the first-place rewards on the overall ranking of the Marine Peak.

2. Fix the refresh issue with the Eternal Forest's entry count display.

Note: You must be sure that the client is completely closed before patching, otherwise the patch may not be installed correctly and you won't be able to login the game.
