Can you briefly outline the game? | Eudemons Online is an MMORPG game. The world view of the game is set in an ancient magical world, which is full of mystery and magic. |
What are in-game resources (such as coins, EPs, etc.) used for? | In-game resources are usually used to buy items, upgrade characters, or unlock new content. They can be obtained through in-game events, quests, or in-app purchases. |
Are there any in-game tips or tutorials? |
The game provide in-game tutorials or tips to help players understand the gameplay. These are typically offered in the early stages of the game. |
How can I change my character name? |
If you don't like your character name, please talk to NPC Royal Name Editor(Cronus 227,569) to change it with some EPs. Note: Account ID cannot be changed. |
How do I change the account password? | You can change the account password at Customer Service Center. |

I forgot my security information, how to retrieve it? |
You can retrieve security information at:https://account.eudemons.com/eo/GetPasssafeTips.htm by entering the correct registered email. If you don’t remember the registered email, please go to file an account issue. |
Will GM ask for my password? | GM will never ask you what your password is. If someone claims that they are GM and ask you to provide your account and password, please don't. Beware of scams. |
Can I make new data/information to the account that I bought? | We do not support account trading now. But you can buy characters in the game. After purchase, the character will be tied to your account, without requiring you to change new data or information. |
My account was stolen and I lost all the account information, what should I do? |
Please submit an account issue at here and we will reply to you in 1-2 working days. Note: If you don't remember some of the information, it's ok. Just leave it blank, or write "I don't remember". Please send us information you remember as much as possible, thank you. If you forgot your registered email or the email is invalid, you could leave the email which is available for you currently in "Registered Email" for us to reply you. PS: If you have trouble in filing the case on the site, please email the required information to service@eudemons.com directly. |
How to bind/unbind MFA? |

What is the MFA function? |
MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) function is a way to make your account safer. When you bind your account with “Google Authenticator” or “Microsoft Authenticator”, you can only login game with the six digitals code on your phone. The code will be updated every 30 seconds and will be useless once it is expired or used. So you can’t login your account without your personal mobile and it will help you to protect your account. |
How to change my registered email? |
You can change it at here by entering the correct security information. Note: The registered email of each account can be changed once per month. |
I forgot my account name or the server I played after a long-term break. What should I do? | Please contact our Customer Service Team, and remember to attach the information you still remember as much as possible. |

Make sure your client version are up to date. Try reinstalling the game. Check if you have enough storage space and memory for the game to run. |

I cannot login into the game, what shoud I do? |
If you cannot log in to the game normally, the game will have corresponding error message. For example, if the system tells you "out of security data" that means you did not enter the security password of the MFA that you are already bound to, you can log in. If not, please submit a ticket with the concerned screenshot. We'll check the issue for you asap. |
My client cannot auto update by itself, what can I do? | You can try to download the latest version again. If you still face the issue, please contact the customer service soon. |

How do I make in-game purchases (buying in-game items)? | You can click on the in-game store or purchase option, choose your payment method, and follow the instructions to make a purchase. |
What should I do if the EPs does not arrive after payment? | Please try to log in again and wait for 10 minutes. If the EPS still does not arrived, please provide relevant screenshots of the payment order and payment channel, and submit the receipt or contact email customer service. |
How to be VIP? |
Players who credit at least $0.99 in Point Cards to Eudemons Online accounts will be able to enjoy VIP service. You can check more details under the website: https://vip.eudemons.com/Page/V2/details.html |
I purchased the required amount, but my VIP level hasn’t been upgraded, why? | Once you meet the requirements, your VIP level will upgrade after the second day. |
How to unbind VIP or remove VIP sharing? | You cannot unbind your VIP accounts after you have bound your accounts in the VIP center. After your VIP level has been upgraded, all the VIP accounts you have bound will become unbound, automatically. You can choose to bind other accounts or re-bind your original accounts, again. |
I am VIP, but there is no VIP icon in game, why? | If you credit to be a VIP, you should bind your account at the VIP center so that you can enjoy VIP privileges in the game. |
