5x EXP:
Talk to Gordon (274,382) to accept the quest and claim a Dark Hoe. Dig up the Grave Soil at the Black Mist Graveyard, and then find some Eternal Fire to burn the soil for 3-7 seconds to get Vampire Ashes! Hand over the Vampire Ashes and 1,000 gold to Gordon, and you'll receive a Delicate Moonlight Dress or 5x Vampire Elite.

8x EXP:
Wear the Delicate Moonlight Dress or Perfect Moonlight, and enter the Penetralia to accept the quest. Sacrifice your blood to the reborn vampires, and then claim your reward from Charman. Your Delicate Moonlight Dress will be upgraded to a Perfect Moonlight Dress, or you'll get a 8x Vampire Elite.
