Again, darkness falls upon Cronus.

After the night when the twelve priests were killed and nailed to the walls of the antechamber in church, the town fell into an unprecedented panic. This heinous blasphemy against the gods rocked the entire kingdom. All of a sudden, rumors and suspicions filled every corner of the city. Too scared to face the facts, people started pointing fingers and accusing each other for whatever trumped up charges they could find, in order to find a 'murderer' for this case. However, the terror never ceased.

Death began creeping across the land. Eudemons were rounded up and exterminated. Preachers, guards, and even adventurers died mysteriously in their sleep. The only common link between the victims; an upside-down crucifix hung on a nearby wall. To make it even worse, all kinds of natural disasters began raging over the land, claiming lives and destroying cities.

An eerie mist is spreading all over the continent. According to the reports of Cronus Express, Vol1, the newsletter released lately, some demonic signs have appeared on the land of Cronus. There are eight mystic Spellbound Trees on the continent yielding a strange kind of purple fruit named Whim Fruit, which contains a lethal poison in its juice. The Devilish Crystals within the fruits are said to be the most dreadful seeds that ever existed on earth. To get them, you have to eat the fruits first, which might poison or even kill you.

Recently, the Black Robed Priest Zog and the Royal Alchemist Kelly are doing research on the Whim Fruits and the Devilish Crystals respectively. There is also a strange hawker in the black market named Freud, who pays an exorbitant price for the vicious fruit. You can help them collect some samples and they will pay you back with a generous reward: lots of exp, god's blessing and even some super cool demonic headwear...just keep in mind that the fruit only drops between 18:00-24:00, on Oct.23rd to Oct.29th.
