We are happy to announce that there is a new way for players to report the Eudemon Code Purchasing Problems. If you have submitted your case but not gotten your codes in time, please report it at Customer Support in the official forum of Eudemons Online. Only registered members have access to Customer Support.


Please read the following rules carefully:

Paypal/Credit Card Issues

Please make sure you`ve already submitted your case at "Paypal Credit Card Case" under "Support" and have not received your Eudemon Codes in the e-mail after 2 business days.

Keep in mind that if you`ve submitted your information incorrectly (wrong paypal email address / wrong transaction id ), which can cause our staff to not locate your payment and send you your code.

For your own security, please do not post any sensitive information here. We just need to know the date of your purchase, when you`ve submitted the support form and the e-mail that you submitted with.

Direct Deposit/Wire Transfer Issues

Please make sure you`ve already submitted your case at "DD/Wire Case" under "Support" and have not received your Eudemon Codes in the e-mail after 3 business days.

Out of state direct deposit can take up to 3 business days to post to our account.

For your own security, please do not post any sensitive information here. We just need to know the date of your purchase, when you`ve submitted the support form and the e-mail that you submitted with.

Check/Money Order Issues

Please make sure that you`ve allowed 7-10 business days for your payment to reach our office before posting your inquiry. We DO NOT have control over when the payment reaches our office unless you`ve overnighted a payment or by priority which guarantees the delivery within a certain amount of days.

For your own security, please do not post any sensitive information here. We just need to know the date you mailed your payment, if the payment has been cashed, and your email address.

Western Union Issues

Please make sure you have already submitted your case at "Western Union Case" under "Support" and have not received your Eudemon Codes in the e-mail after 2 business days.

Please keep in mind that we DO NOT process Western Union payments on weekends/holidays. If you`ve sent money during those times it will be picked up the next business day.

For your own security, please do not post any sensitive information here. We just need to know the date of your purchase, when you`ve submitted the support form and the e-mail that you submitted with.

For VISA/Master Card Issue Only

Please keep in mind that you only need to post here when you DO NOT receive the codes emailed within 24-48 business hours.

Please provide your e-mail address and Invoice # which will be in the payment confirmation e-mail that you received right after a successful payment.
